Carmen Parmar is a half latina half indian student attending college in a fictional Nevadan college town famously located near Area 51. She is studying to become a teacher and currently works part time at a record & CD store. She is easy-going, snarky, doesn’t take things too seriously, and street smart - a contrast to Ed, who is used to a strict set of rules & guidelines.
